Cardiovascular health conditions affect everyone. Understanding the risk factors and how to change them is the key to helping reduce your risk of an event.
Through a partnership with Hispanic Outreach of Goodhue County and Kaleidoscope, MDH created videos and handouts that cover the most common risk factors that can lead to heart attack and stroke and how to change them. Videos are available in Spanish and Hmong. Handouts are available in Spanish, Hmong, and Somali.
