Metro Immigrant and Refugee Health Network
The Metro Immigrant and Refugee Health Network (MIRHN), previously called the Metro Immigrant and Refugee Health Task Force, has brought together Twin Cities metropolitan area health professionals, social service workers, students, community members and others interested in refugee and immigrant health issues. At monthly meetings, presentations by various individuals working in the field serve as a catalyst for group dialogue and networking.
The network is coordinated by a staff member of the MDH Refugee and International Health Program and several partners.
To receive notice of upcoming meetings and the biweekly updates that share community events, job postings, grant opportunities, and other relevant announcements, sign up for the email list here: Subscribe to Minnesota Immigrant and Refugee Health Announcements. For more information on the network or email list, call 651-201-5414 and ask for someone from the Refugee and International Health Program.
Meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month from 9-11 a.m. The group does not meet in January, July, or December.
