Prescription Drug Price Transparency

Reporting Resources

Under Minnesota’s Prescription Drug Price Transparency Act (Minnesota Statutes 62J.84), drug manufacturers, wholesalers, pharmacies, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) are required to report on prescription drug prices when specific criteria are met. This information is submitted to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), who makes the data available to the public online. This page provides resources for reporting entities.

Sign up for email updates to receive news and notifications.

Register and Submit a Report

Reporting entities must register and submit required reports to MDH using the Rx Data Portal. Visit the Rx Data Portal Resources page for technical guidance, including how to register and manage accounts in the portal.
