The Minnesota Office of Rural Health and Primary Care grants Loan Forgiveness to various health care professionals serving in high-need areas. ALL eligible professions may apply for the Minnesota Health Care Loan Forgiveness program cycle as usual beginning November 1. These applications will be accepted through January 7, 2022. Please note that Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC) are now included as Urban/Rural Mental Health Professionals. The following professions are eligible:
