Lead Poisoning Prevention
M-CLEAN (Minnesota Collaborative Lead Education and Assessment Network)
The number of elevated lead cases in Minnesota continues to decline, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the many diverse partners addressing childhood lead poisoning. As we continue to work towards preventing childhood lead poisoning, the MDH Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program has re-established the Minnesota Collaborative Lead Assessment Network (M-CLEAN).
M-CLEAN gathers twice a year to update each other on our work, discuss legislative developments and ways to move our work forward. We cover lead poisoning prevention and healthy homes issues. Please save the date for our next M-CLEAN meeting in May.
