MN APCD Behavioral Health Dashboards
The MN APCD Behavioral Health Dashboards were developed in partnership with Onpoint Health Data through their Collective Impact initiative. These dashboards provide insight into the most common behavioral health diagnoses, frequently used services, and associated costs. They also explore more complex intersections—such as how behavioral health conditions overlap with common medical issues and social drivers of health, across Minnesota.
Part of the larger Multi-State Behavioral Health Initiative, these dashboards serve as powerful tools to identify gaps in care, uncover drivers of healthcare cost growth, and support efforts to improve behavioral health outcomes. This collaborative work also highlights the value of APCDs in driving system-wide improvements and demonstrates how states can join forces to advance data-informed health care policy and delivery.
