CHA/CHIP Community of Practice: Join the MDH CHA-CHIP community of practice to build capacity around conducting, developing, and implementing a community health assessment (CHA) and community health improvement plan (CHIP).
Communications Community of Practice: The Communications Community of Practice is for local public health who are doing communications work. It’s a space to share ideas, learn together, deepen partnerships, and give communications support across our public health system.
Foundational Public Health Responsibilities (FPHR) Community of Practice: This community of practice provides a space for local public health departments to share and learn about activities related to foundational public health responsibilities.
Health Equity Learning Community background and resources: The MDH Health Equity Learning Community (2017-2018) helped teams from Minnesota public health departments to integrate health equity practices into their work. This learning community isn't currently meeting, but read on to learn about how to replicate this approach at your own agency.
