Initial courses, exams and continuing education
Find a scheduled initial course, exam or continuing education course near you. Only CFPM training courses approved by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) appear on this list. This is not an endorsement of any of these providers.
Applications
Approved exams
Applicants for initial certification must provide proof they have passed an exam from an organization accredited by the ANSI-CFP Accreditation Program.
Instructor form
MDH reviews instructor qualifications and continuing education courses to ensure they meet Minnesota food code requirements. Use this fillable form to submit your information to MDH for review. There is no fee.
CFPM instructor login
If you are an approved instructor, you may add courses, change course information, or cancel courses.
