Coordinated Responses
The Minnesota e-Health Initiative provides feedback on state and federal definitions, criteria, standards, and/or proposed regulations relating to e-health. Feedback is collected through a coordinated response that engages the Initiative, work groups and public. Stakeholders can provide feedback during meetings or as written feedback.

HTI-5 Proposed Rule
The Minnesota e-Health Initiative submitted a coordinated response to the Health Data, Technology, and Interoperability: ASTP/ONC Deregulatory Actions to Unleash Prosperity (HTI-5) Proposed Rule | FederalRegister.gov public comment period on February 25, 2026.
