WIC Monthly Participation

WIC will maintain at least 3 years of participation data for closed-out months on our website. Local Agency WIC staff can find previous Federal Fiscal Year Cumulative Monthly reports in the Infoview >> ANNUAL REPORTS >> Year >> Participation folder.

Year-To-Date Participation by Agency
For current participation, WIC staff can run the Infoview Year-To-Date Participation report template found in the INFOVIEW TEMPLATES >> Counts >> Monthly Participation folder (for more information, see Year-to-date Participation - Infoview Guidance Document (PDF)). WIC Coordinators can access monthly participation by WIC type and race and ethnicity on the Local Agency Portal (LAP).

FFY Cumulative Monthly Summary by Grantee
These reports provide participation counts for closed-out months by Grantee. Close-out occurs two months after End-of-Month (EOM) has been run for that month. (Example: January 2026 is closed out after March 2026 EOM, which is run in April 2026.)
