Infoview Report Revisions and Corrections
A list of recently revised and/or corrected Infoview reports, the folder they can be found in, the most recent revision/correction date, and how they were revised/corrected. The reports are listed in alphabetical order by folder.

Using Reports with Local Use Answers (PDF)
Information about how to use reports that have a prompt requiring an input for local use answers if your agency does or does not use local use questions.

All reports with local/state use questions or answers will need to be revised since transitioning to WINNIE. How answers are stored in the database is different in WINNIE, which is why these reports are no longer working as expected.

This change, however, also provides us with an opportunity to combine reports that are the same except for the local use question. Due to how answers are now stored, we can pull the answers to any question, as well as add that column to any existing report, and you have the option of whether to pull local use answers into the report or not.

If you are using a report with local (or state) use question/answers and it has not been revised since transitioning to WINNIE, please submit a Local Agency Reports & Data Request to have it updated/revised.

Infoview Report Templates - Reference (PDF)
A list of available Infoview report templates organized by the topic folder where they are found in Infoview. It provides a brief description and some potential uses for the report. This is a working document that will be updated each time an Infoview report template is created or revised. Guidance Documents are available in the INFOVIEW TEMPLATES folders in Infoview.
