Perinatal (Mother-to-Child) Transmission

PrEP is a daily pill that can prevent HIV infection.
Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U)
A person living with HIV who gets and keeps undetectably low levels of HIV can't pass HIV through sex.

MATEC: Midwest AIDS Training & Education Center Minnesota and Iowa site, developed a resource for people living with HIV that addresses COVID-19 related health concerns. It includes information from the CDC as well as local HIV doctors and nurses in Minnesota. This is a regularly updated resource.
